How to Create a Message Template

Note: You cannot send an email to an athlete without also sending it to the parent(s).

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Communication > Messaging Templates.

  3. To the right of the Search Programs bar, click the Add icon

  4. If you are creating a template for your brand only off check Create as Global Template

  5. Enter your Template Name.

  6. Enter a brief description of the template.

Note: The Active box must be selected for a template to be available in the Communication process.

  1. Customize the template using the Content Editor.

  2. Once complete, click SAVE.
