Coach/Team Manager Overview
Coach/Team Managers will have the following capabilities available on the desktop's front end under the Teams tab.
Schedule
Add/Edit Events.
Roster
View a Team Roster.
Update Athlete Jersey Numbers
Message
Create and Send Email Communications

How to Create an Event
Log into your Brands PlayerFirst Website.
Click on Teams.
Click Team Info for the team that you wish to view.
Click the Add Item button.
Select the Event Type for the events that you are creating.

How to Edit an Event
Log into your Brands PlayerFirst Website.
Click on Teams.
Click Team Info for the team that you wish to view.
Find the event you want to Edit.
Scroll to the right in your schedule to find the Actions column, and click the edit button on the correct row.
Making Changes: Make whatever change(s) you need to make.
Changed: Check the checkbox to assign an icon notifying athletes and parents that this event has been changed.
Canceled: Check the checkbox to assign an icon notifying athletes and parents that this event has been canceled.
Edit the other fields to reflect the change(s) you want to make for the event. The below are the most likely to be changed.
Date: Change the event’s date.
Start: Change the event’s start time.
End: Change the event’s end time.
Time Zone: Use the dropdown to select a different time zone.
Uniform Notes: Type the uniform information that your team needs. E.g., wearing home or away jerseys, etc.
Arrival Notes: If different for the event start time, type the time when athletes should arrive at the event location.
Location: Delete the current location. Then type the name and select the new location in the search box.
Field Notes: If you change the location, use the search box to select the new field.
Notifications: Use this section to send a notification about this event to your team(s).
Sender Profile: Use the dropdown to select your username. The notification email will read as being sent by you.
Notify Players: Check the check box to send the notification email to your team’s athletes and parents.
Notify Parents: Check the check box to send the notification email to your team’s parents only.
Click Save.

Log into your Brands PlayerFirst Website.
Click on Teams.
Click Team Info for the team that you wish to view.
Click on the Roster tab.

How to Update an Athlete Jersey Number
Log into your Brands PlayerFirst Website.
Click on Teams.
Click Team Info for the team that you wish to view.
Click on the Roster tab.
Find the athlete of the jersey that needs to be updated, and click on edit, next to the Jersey Number.
Enter the new Jersey Number.
Click Save.

How to Create and Send Email Communications
Log into your Brands PlayerFirst Website.
Click on Teams.
Click Team Info for the team that you wish to view.
Click on the Message tab.
Select your Recipients.
To Select All, click on Athlete Select All.
Add Additional Recipients if desired.
Add your Subject (Required).
Type your message.
Click Send Messages.
