How To Copy Emails from Messaging History

Note 1: The copy email feature will allow you to copy a previously made and saved/sent email that was created using PlayerFirst.

Note 2: Copying an email will copy the recipients, the subject/body, and every other setting that was applied to the email that you choose to copy.

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Communication > Messaging History to copy an email that was sent previously.

  3. Use the filters to find the email you want to copy.

  4. Click the Copy icon on the row belonging to the email you want to copy.

  5. A pop-up will appear with four options:

    1. Re-Send to Opened: This re-sends to recipients that have opened this email. Once selected, this will take admin to the compose message screen.

    2. Re-Send to Unopened: This re-sends to recipients who have not opened the email. Once selected, this will take admin to the compose message screen.

    3. Select New Recipients: This keeps all existing filters and takes the user back to the beginning of the create message process.

    4. Compose Email: This will copy over all filters and take a user directly to preview the recipient list.


How To Copy Emails from Messaging Schedule

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Communication > Messaging Schedule to copy an email that was saved, but not sent.

  3. Use the filters to find the email you want to copy.

  4. Click the Copy icon on the row belonging to the email you want to copy.

  5. A pop-up will appear with two options:

    1. Re-Send to Opened: This re-sends to recipients that have opened this email. Once selected, this will take admin to the compose message screen.

    2. Re-Send to Unopened: This re-sends to recipients who have not opened the email. Once selected, this will take admin to the compose message screen.

How to Send an Email to a Program from Registration Details

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website. 

  2. On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details. 

  3. Check the box to the Program(s) you wish to email and Click the Mail Icon. 

  4. Select Email Type and Recipient Group from the pop-up and then click Compose Email. 

  5. Compose email.


How to Send an Email to Specific Divisions in a Program

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website. 

  2. On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.  

  3. Select the Program you wish to email. 

  4. Check the box of the specific Division(s) you would like to email and then click the Mail Icon 

  5. Compose Email. 


How to Send an Email Through Team Management

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Team > Team Management.

  3. In the Program search box, select the program that the team belongs to.

  4. In the Division search box, select the division that the team belongs to.

  5. Click the Filter button.

  6. Select Team Management in the sub-navigation.

  7. Find the team(s) you want to send an email to and click the Envelope icon.

  8. Click Message All. This will send the email to all athletes on the team(s) selected.

  9. Preview List: Look over the list and remove recipients you wish to not be receiving the email. Click Next.

  10. Templates: Select Template and Click Next.

  11. Compose Email.


How to Send an Email Blast from the Accounts Receivable Page

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Sales > A/R Report.

  3. Filters: Adjust filters accordingly.

  4. Once the filters are adjusted, click the checkbox to the left of each account that will receive the email.

  5. Click the three dots > Email Selected.

  6. Compose Email: Customize email verbiage and add any internal emails to BCC Emails to the Address line.

    1. Note: Do not edit/remove any of the prepopulated tokens.

  7. Double-check email verbiage and recipient list.

  8. Click Send Email.
