How to Register on Behalf of a Customer (Team or Individual)

Method 1

Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.
Click the Pencil icon next to your desired program.
Select the division you want to register the user for.
If registering for an individual event, use the Athlete Name search to find the athlete’s name/profile.
If registering for a team event, use the Team Manager search to find the team manager’s name/profile.
1. If the person being registered cannot be found, click Can’t Find Them.
2. Follow the steps to create an account and the requisite profile(s).
Once a profile has been selected or created, follow the required steps to complete the registration.
Once registration is complete, click View Invoice or Make a Payment.
Click Receive Payment.
Type in the payment amount.
Select the payment method.
Depending on the payment method, input the required payment information.
Click Save Payment.

Method 2

Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Program > Register.
Select the program you want to register the user for.
Select the division you want to register the user for.
If registering an athlete, use the Athlete Name search to find the athlete’s name/profile.
If registering a team, use the Team Manager search to find the team manager’s name/profile.
If the person being registered cannot be found, click Can’t Find Them.
Follow the steps to create an account and the requisite profile(s).
Once a profile has been selected or created, follow the required steps to complete the registration.
Once registration is complete, click View Invoice or Make a Payment.
Click Receive Payment.
Type in the payment amount.
Select the payment method.
Depending on the payment method, input the required payment information.
Click Save Payment.
