How to Email a User Their Username

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click User > Users.

  3. Search for the user account you want to do this for.

  4. Click the Eyeball icon next to the account you want to view.

  5. Click Login in the top navigation.

  6. Under the Email Login section, select the user(s) you want to email the username to, by selecting the check box next to their name(s)

  7. Use the message box to include a unique message to the user(s), but this step isn’t required.

  8. Click Send to Selected Emails.
