How to Add Roles to an Account

Note: Read roles definitions carefully and do not assign roles to users who do not need them. Most roles are for employees and not required for athletes or parents.

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click User > Users.

  3. Search for the user account you want to do this for.

  4. Click the Eyeball icon next to the account you want to view.

  5. Click Add Roles in the top navigation.

  6. Select the Brand(s) you want to give this user Roles to.

  7. Click the next to a role you want to add.

  8. To add multiple roles at one time, check the check box next to each role.

  9. Click the to the right of the Roles search box.
