How to Bulk Delete Multiple Teams/Athletes from a Program and Update the Invoice
NOTE: This can only be done for invoices with $0 paid and $0 in adjustments.
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.
Click your desired Program.
Click on the Divisions tab in the sub navigation.
Select the desired division(s).
To view the registration information for multiple divisions, click the checkbox next to the name of each division you’d like to view.
Click > Show Selected Divisions OR Show All Divisions.
On the Details tab, use the checkbox column on the left to select multiple registrations at once.
Once the registrations are selected, click the at the top of the table.
A pop-up will show asking to confirm that you want to remove the selected registrants from the program and remove any balance due. Click Yes.
When removed, a pop-up will show how many registrations were removed, and how much the balance was reduced by.
