How to Assign a Primary Contact to a Team
Note 1: Assigning a primary contact to a team is only for teams that have registered for an event.
Note 2: When scheduling events, the scheduler only focuses on the primary coach to when trying to avoid coach conflicts
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Team > Team Reporting.
In the Program search box, select the program with the team you want to assign a primary contact to.
In the Division search box, select the division with the team you want to assign a primary contact to.
Click the name of the team you want to assign a primary contact to.
Click the Filter button.
Click Coaches in the sub-navigation.
Click the X next to the coach you want to assign as the primary contact.
Click the ✔ to make that coach this primary contact.
