How to Assign a Team a Unique Public After Date
Note: Use this if one or more teams in this division should be made public, separate from the division-wide setting that makes all teams within a division public at the same time.
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Team > Team Management.
In the Program search box, select the program with the team you want to set the public after date for.
In the Division search box, select the division with the team you want to set the public after date for.
Click the Filter button.
Select Team Management in the sub navigation.
Find the Row belonging to the team you want to set the public after date for. (You can search the Team Name on the search box above the list of teams and press enter on your keyboard.).
Type the public after date of the team into the field under the Public After column. If the team should be made public in the future, select any future date and time. If the team should be public immediately, select any past date and time.
Click Save.
