How to Check-In an Athlete for Tryouts

1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

2. On the left navigation, click Program > Athlete Check-In.

3. Select the program(s) you want to check athletes in for.

4. If you’re going to take headshots of athletes who don’t already have them, and have multiple cameras connected to your device, use the Camera Settings dropdown to select which camera you want to use.

5. Use Search for Athlete to search for an athlete's name. This will show you any athlete who has already registered for the tryout.

6. Click Check-In next to the name of the athlete you’re checking in.

7. Input the requested information, and update whatever information is incorrect.

If an athlete needs a new or updated head shot.

1. Click the Camera icon next to the name of the athlete you’re checking in.

If the athlete has not paid their tryout fee, the $ under the Actions column will be blue in color.

1. Click the $ under the Actions column, to pay the tryout fee.

2. Click Receive Payment.

3. Type in the payment amount.

4. Select the payment method.

5. Depending on the payment method, input the required payment information.

6. Click Save Payment.

 If the athlete is a walk in/has not previously registered for the tryout.

1. Click Add Athlete .
