How to Assign a Host Hotel when Creating a Lodging Item

For use when selling hotel room reservations as a travel agency.

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Sales > Lodging.

  3. Click the Plus icon to create a new item. In the future, you will select existing items from this page.

  4. Name: Enter the Lodging Item’s name.

  5. Price: Enter the Lodging Item’s price

  6. Press Create Product.

  7. Under Additional Attributes, select the Lodging and Packages type.

  8. Location: Select the lodging item’s location or add a new location.

  9. Host Hotel: Enable this field to pin the rooms to the top of the program’s TravelFirst lodging page.

  10. Room Type: Enter the lodging item’s room type.

  11. Standard Check In/Standard Check Out: Enter the check in and check out dates for the lodging item.

  12. Brand: Enter the brand the lodging item is associated with.

  13. Event: Enter the event the lodging item is associated with.

  14. It is recommended that you complete as many of the non-required fields as possible to provide users with as much information as possible.

  15. Click Save Changes.
