Managing Transaction on the PF Pay App
NOTES:
Kiosk Mode must be disabled in order to manage transactions, refunds, & new receipts.
The PF Pay App will only store transactions completed on the device per user. If a user logs out on the app, the transaction history and sales data will be cleared.
Press the Transactions button on the bottom to view previous transactions made on the app.
Scroll through the Transactions list on the left to find the transaction you are looking for. Select a transaction to view more details regarding it.
Admin can only search for transactions by invoice number.
When viewing a transaction, admin can Refund or send a New Receipt to the customer.
Refunds can be applied for both cash and credit card payments.
