How to add Ad Space to Web, Email, & Mobile Apps

How to add a new Sponsor
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Communication > Sponsors.
If creating a new sponsor, click the in the top right.
General Sponsor Info
Name: Add the sponsor name.
Sponsor Logo: Upload the sponsor logo.
Note: The logo should be a .png, .jpg, or .gif. The recommended logo size is 200 x 200px (1:1).
Default Link: Add the link users will be directed to if they click on the sponsor ad.
Category: Select the category the sponsor falls under.
EX: Apparel, Food & Beverage, etc.Category Exclusive Sponsor: If enabled, the sponsor will be the only one shown for the category selected. All other sponsors that fall under the same category for the brand will be hidden.
Global Sponsor: If enabled, the sponsor will show for the selected category for all brands.
Global Sport Sponsor: If the sponsor is for a specific sport vertical, specify the vertical here.
Brand Sponsor(s): If the sponsor is brand-specific, specify the brands here.
Start Showing / Stop Showing: Add the date range for how long the sponsor will show for the brand(s).
How to post an Ad to the Club App
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Communication > Sponsors.
Click the next to the desired sponsor.
Under the sub navigation, select Club App.
Club App Banner / Schedule Insert
Visibility: Enable whether you want the sponsor to be shown on the Club App.
Ad Image: Upload the ad image here.
Notes: The Ad Image uploaded should be a .png, .jpg, or .gif file. The Club Banner should be sized 150 x 75px (2:1). The Schedule Insert should be sized 320 x 50px (32:5).Link: If the Club App ad link is different from the default sponsor link, add the link here.

How to post an Ad to the Events App
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Communication > Sponsors.
Click the next to the desired sponsor.
Under the sub navigation, select Events App.
Events App Banner Ad
Visibility: Toggle whether you want the sponsor to be shown on the Events App.
Ad Image: Upload the ad image here.
Note: The Ad Image for the Events App should be a .png, .jpg, or .gif file, and should be sized 640 x 100px (32:5).Link: If the Events App ad link is different from the default sponsor link, add the link here.

How to post an Ad to a PlayerFirst Site
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Communication > Sponsors.
Click the next to the desired sponsor.
Under the sub navigation, select Web.
Web Header / Footer
Visibility: Toggle whether you want the sponsor to be shown in the Web Header.
Ad Image: Upload the ad image here.
Notes: The Ad Image uploaded should be a .png, .jpg, or .gif file. The Web Header should be sized 970 x 90px (97:9). The Web Footer should be sized 200 x 200px (1:1).Link: If the Web ad link is different from the default sponsor link, add the link here.

How to post an Ad to the Email Footer
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Communication > Sponsors.
Click the next to the desired sponsor.
Under the sub navigation, select Email Footer.
Email Footer / Banner Footer
Visibility: Toggle whether you want the sponsor to be shown in the Email Footer.
Ad Image: Upload the ad image here.
Note: The Ad Image uploaded should be a .png, .jpg, or .gif file. The Email Footer should be sized 200 x 200px (1:1). The Email Banner Footer should be sized 320 x 50px (32:5).Link: If the Email Footer ad link is different from the default sponsor link, add the link here.
