Best Practices & Notes

• Customized dashboard for communications, schedules and alerts

• Easily view team(s) schedule and attendance by event

• Create events - practices, games, etc.- from your phone (feature not available unless profile setup as Coach, Team Manager or Director)

• Securely send group or individual messages to coaches, team managers, parents and players (not able to message players without also messaging parents per PlayerFirst Club App policy)

• Separate email and chat inboxes

• All transactional messages sent via the PlayerFirst website will be seen in the PlayerFirst Club App

• Recommended that larger messages are sent via the website vs. PlayerFirst Club App
