Self Time Entry by Payee

Once Payee has registered, In the “Payee Portal” Payee will see the “Time Entry” module.

In the “Time Entry” module, Payee will be able to see a Grid view for their Time Entry, like the below Image.

To enter a Time Entry, click the “Add Time Entry” button, which will open a pop-up for Self Time Entry. 

In the pop-up, the Payee will see their “Name” and “Roster Name.” If the Payee is assigned to only one roster, the Roster Name will be auto populated; if they are in multiple rosters, a dropdown will appear. The “Role” will also auto-populate if the Payee has a single role, while multiple roles will present a dropdown. The same applies to “Rate Type.” 

Next, the Payee can choose the Time Entry Date to input Units/Time In and Time Out, as well as add any comments related to their Time Entry. Once finished, the Payee can click SAVE to finalize the Time Entry.

The screenshot below displays the Time in and Time Out for the Rate Type - “Per Hour”.

The Time Entry Added will be visible on the Grid. The Status of the “Time Entry” will stay “Timecard-Unapproved”.

Edit/Delete Time Entry 

The Payee will be able to “Edit/Delete” the Time Entries until they are not yet Approved by the Brand Operator. To Edit:
