Payee Profile Details
A payee can login to their Vensure account at 3step.vensure.com. Username is their email address. To reset password, click on Forgot Password link.
My Work Rosters
Payee can view all ongoing, upcoming and historical work rosters.
My Profile
Payee can update name, address and phone number on their own at any time. Payee can only update their SSN or EIN before payment has been made. If payment has been made and this needs to be updated, submit a support ticket here.
Need to update email address? Payee submits a ticket here requesting their email address be changed.
Payee can click on the Pay Preference tab to update payment method.
Payee can click on Compliance to view compliance statuses.
Payee can click on Tax Info to view current tax information.
Payment
Payee can view payment history.
My Forms
Payee can view all pending (yet to start) and completed forms - W9 and ICAs.
My Documents
Payee can view/upload any documents, such as approved National Governing Body membership information and background check confirmation.
Adjustments
Payee can view any adjustments that have been made to payments.
My Affidavits
Payee can submit and view payment reissue requests.
Time Entry
If Payee is on any work roster that has self-time entry enabled, they will see Time Entry in the left menu. Payee can do their own time entry on this page.
