Safety Hub - Players Health Compliance - Payee Process
Compliance requirements are triggered two ways in Vensure:
QR Onboarding Link: if payee selects a role that requires compliance
Work Roster: if brand adds payee in a role that requires compliance
If payee already has a Safety Hub account, their existing compliance statuses will update automatically in Vensure. To login to Safety Hub, click here.
If payee does not have a Safety Hub account, they will receive an invitation email from Players Health to create one. The email is sent from sender MemberBenefits@playershealth.com and may go to junk/spam folder. Screenshot of an invitation email example is below. To resend the invitation email, reach out to Regional Admin or submit a Vensure support ticket here.
Brands can view compliance statuses in the Compliance column. Reference Viewing Payee Compliance Statuses for more information.
Payees can view compliance statuses on their account by going to My Profile, Compliance. Reference Payee Profile Details for more information.
Compliance expiration reminders
If payee has an existing Safety Hub account, they will receive four (4) email reminders from Players Health before the expiration date - 30, 14, 7 and 1 day(s) before expiration
If payee does not complete it before the expiration date, and they are on an active work roster, they will receive weekly reminders on Tuesdays from Vensure after it expires until it is completed.
If payee does not have an existing Safety Hub account, they will receive weekly reminders from Vensure after the expiration if they are on an active work roster.
IMPORTANT: National Governing Body compliance substitutions are not reflected in Safety Hub.
