Players Health Compliance - Payee Process
Upon adding a Payee to a Work Roster, the Brand can look at the Compliance column which will indicate if the Payee has completed compliance requirements (background check and trainings). Reference Viewing Payee Compliance Statuses for more information.
Vensure automatically pulls compliance information directly from Players Health and will update the Compliance column accordingly. Reference Background Check & Training Requirements for more information on which compliance requirements are required for each role in Vensure.
*Please note that the former Staff Database is obsolete and your compliance reference should be Vensure’s Payee page.
If the Payee has not previously completed compliance requirements in Players Health or if any of the compliance requirements are expired, they will see an alert at the bottom of the My Work Rosters page that says Important: You are assigned a role which requires Background Check and Trainings from Players Health.
When the Payee clicks on the Click Here link, they will be taken to the Players Health Portal to complete the compliance requirements.
If Payee does NOT have an existing Players Health account, they will enter the required information to create one.
If Payee has an existing Players Health account, they will click on the Already Have an Account? Click Here to Log In button.
