Viewing Payee Compliance Statuses

Note: Payee compliance had previously only been visible in the Staff Database.

The Compliance column in the Payee Database and a Work Roster will show if the Payee has completed and passed compliance requirements for the role they have been assigned to and are eligible to work and receive payment.

  • N/A: no compliance requirements for assigned role

  • Red: No compliance requirements started/completed.

  • Yellow: Payee has started but not completed all compliance requirements.

  • Green: Payee has completed and passed all compliance requirements.

  • Entire payee row highlighted in red: Payee is not eligible to work - if you have questions regarding these scenarios, please reach out to your Regional Admin.

Hover over icon in the Compliance column to see additional information, including status and expiration dates.

IMPORTANT: Compliance is triggered from a work roster based on the assigned role.
