Single vs. Multiple Work Rosters for Programs

A program can have single or multiple work rosters in Vensure.

SINGLE WORK ROSTER EXAMPLES:

• A single program that occurs over one day, or multiple consecutive days.

  • Example: A tournament that runs from Friday-Sunday

  • Example: A camp that runs only one day

• A camp/clinic series that runs over multiple weeks/months that has the same Payees each week/month.

MULTIPLE WORK ROSTER EXAMPLES:

• A camp/clinic series that runs over multiple weeks/months that has different Payees each week/month.

• A single program where you want a work roster to only have one role.

  • Example: The program will pay refs, athletic trainers, event staff and college coaches. You could create one work roster for each role under that single program.
