  • Summary (GWU-5392)

    • Previously: On the Payroll Summary table, when child rows were expanded and a user tried to export the data to Excel, no export would happen.

    • Update: On the Payroll Summary table, when child rows are expanded users can export the data to Excel.

  • Bulk Registration (GWU-5331)

    • Previously: During Front End Bulk Registration, individual registration and tryout registration divisions offered users an option to split the invoicing payment.

    • Update: During Front End Bulk Registration, individual registration and tryout registration divisions do not offer users an option to split the invoicing payment.

  • Roster Waiver (GWU-5170)

    • Previously: When a Roster Waiver for an athlete new to PlayerFirst was completed and the athlete was added to a Team Roster, what should have been the process of updating an existing adult/guardian profile resulted in the creation of a brand new one.

    • Update: When a Roster Waiver for an athlete new to PlayerFirst is completed and the athlete is added to a Team Roster, updates to an existing adult/guardian profile can be done without new profiles being created.

  • Roster Acceptance (GWU-4712)

    • Previously: When users would try and decline a roster spot, they would receive an error message saying the date of birth entered did not match the date of birth on their profile.

    • Update: Users can decline a roster spot without receiving an error.

Club App

  • Push Notifications (GWU-5277)

    • Previously: When users sent out an email using data tokens in the subject line, the data token would show within the push notification.

    • Update: Emails with data tokens in the subject line will display as “New Message” for the push notification.

  • Invoices (GWU-5103)

    • Previously: In some instances, when attempting to click the Download Waivers button on an invoice, a 500 server error was thrown.

    • Update: Admin can click the Download Waivers button on an invoice and successfully download the waiver.

  • Shop (GWU-4747)

    • Previously:

      • When creating or editing a product, the multi-line edit tool was not working correctly.

      • When creating more than one product at a time, the Start Showing and Stop Showing date selection only populates on the topmost record.

    • Update:

      • When creating or editing a product, the multi-line edit tool works as expected.

      • When creating more than one product at a time, the Start Showing and Stop Showing date selection populates for all products.

    • Previously: On the Schedule Games page, an error would occur when attempting to preview the schedule after scheduling brackets that didn’t have field space available.

    • Update: On the Schedule Games page, users can preview the schedule without receiving an error.

    • Previously: On the Brackets tab, the fields were displayed using field numbers, while the Schedule was displaying the field names.

    • Update: On the Brackets tab, the fields are displayed using field names.

  • Invoices (GWU-5008)

    • Previously: When a user made an inter-brand payment when registering via the Front End, the system was incorrectly calculating fees.

    • Updates:

      • When a client pays by inter-brand when registering via the Front End, they will only be charged the pre-rollup fee cost of the program, excluding any additional fees.

      • The total cost of an invoice will match the inter-brand payment made.

Front End

  • Checkout (GWU-5389)

    • Previously: On the Checkout Complete page, the service fee displayed incorrectly as $4 instead of $3. On the backend invoice and the email users received, it displayed correct.

    • Update: On the Checkout Complete page, the service fee is correctly displayed as $3.

        • On the A/R Report page, a filter was added to include Negative ARs.
