Note: As of 1/8/2024, Brands now have the option to roll transaction fees into the cost of every program/product, creating a Public Price.
If a Brand Chooses to Roll Up Transaction Fees…
All programs and products within the brand will adhere to this setting.
A 3.25% transaction fee will automatically be added to all programs and products within the website.
The brand can control the Private Price but not the Public Price.
Public Price = (Program Cost * 1.0325) rounded up to the next whole dollar.
What Does the Customer See?
The customer will not see any mention of "transaction fees" during checkout or on their invoice.
Installment fees will still display as usual when a payment plan is selected by the customer.
Check handling fees will still display as usual as a separate line item.
