How to Create a Pre-Filled Program Quick Waiver

How to Get a Program-Specific Quick Waiver Link

1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

2. On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.

3. Find the program you want to edit and click the Pencil icon on its row.

4. Select the Public Pages sub nav tab

5. Click View/Edit Content

6. Press the Plus Button to add a new page.

7. Title: Waiver

8. Order: However, it should appear on the page.

9. Check Display.

10. Send Link to URL: Quick Waiver

11. Click Save

    • Note: You will need to click to another page to allow the newly edited page to load a program-specific page and QR is created.

12. Click the newly created waiver page and copy the link to share.

How to Get a Program-Specific Quick Waiver QR Code

1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

2. Click PlayerFirst in the top right corner.

3. Click Home Page.

4. Select Quick Waiver on the top.

5. Scroll down the waiver to Program and select the program for this Quick Waiver.

6. The page will refresh and take you to the top where the QR code is.

7. Click the QR Code to copy and use/share.
