Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Team > Team Management.
Select Program.
Select Division. (optional)
Select Team. (optional)
Click the Filter button.
Click the Team Management tab.
Click the Roster link in the Roster column.
Click Evaluate in the Evaluation column.
Select the correct Player Evaluation.

Complete the Evaluation.
Selecting the most appropriate radio button next to each evaluation question.
Note: Evaluation questions that are skipped will not be viewable by the athlete or parent when the evaluation has been sent to them. To the athlete and parent, it will look like that evaluation question never existed.Leave comments for the athlete.
Performance Below Expectations: If selected, the athlete and their parents will see the default message created for athletes who perform below expectations.
Note: This message is unique to the evaluation that was selected and can only be changed by an admin.
Click Save Evaluation.
The Roster page will show today’s date in the Created column.
Note: Player Evaluations are NOT visible to the parents and athlete until they are sent; prior to being sent, they will be saved and ONLY visible to the Coach/Director of that brand
