Communication
Copy Emails: The copy email functionality in the May 23, 2023 release only applied to the “Messaging History” page. This functionality has now been applied to the “Messaging Schedule” page, as well. (GWU-2730)
General
Advanced Filter: The default filter icon has a blue graphic on a white background. When “Advanced Filter” is active, the icon colors will now appear inverted, with a white graphic on a blue background. When “Advanced Filter” is deactivated, the icon will return to the default color scheme of a blue graphic on a white background. (GWU-1479)
Exports: When exporting reports to Excel, numbers were being exported in text format instead of as numbers. This has been updated to export the numbers as numbers for a better user experience. (GWU-2158)

Invoices: When an Admin refunds an ACH payment before it has officially cleared, and then the ACH payment doesn’t clear, the brand ends up giving the family money. To prevent this, an Admin is unable to refund an ACH payment until that payment has officially cleared. (GWU-2552)

Communication
SideCar: In some instances, a dropdown menu was appearing for a user to edit the layout of a message template instead of the SideCar. This has been corrected by removing these dropdown menus so all editing is done via SideCar. (GWU-2682)
Front End
Public Pages: Previously, a user was able to implement Ckeditor layout rows into the design of a program’s public pages. However, they were unable to edit the “Heading” value used in One Text Rows, Two Text Rows, etc. This has been corrected to allow a user to edit the “Heading” value used in One Text Rows, Two Text Rows, etc. (GWU-2710)
Program
Bulk Registration: If a user failed to complete a required question, then clicked “Next” and then provided an answer, the answer(s) provided after would not be saved. This has been corrected by a warning message that will direct the user to complete the required question before proceeding with registration. (GWU-2701)
Bulk Registration: A user can bypass required multi-select questions by selecting an answer and then deselecting the answer. This has been corrected by a warning message that will direct the user to complete the required question before proceeding with registration. (GWU-2666)
Registration Details: Previously, if a program was in a user’s cart but the user had not completed checkout, the athlete would be included in the count at Programs > Registration Details > Waitlist column. However, the Divisions grid at Programs > Divisions displayed the correct count. This has been corrected so items in a user’s cart will not be included in the waitlist count and both the Waitlist column count and Divisions grid count will match. (GWU-2644)

Invoices: When attempting to edit the allocation of an invoice with 50+ line items, the user is unable to access all line items as some are “cut off.” Additionally, the “Edit Allocation” button can not be clicked. This has been corrected to allow a user to now access all line items and to be able to click the “Edit Allocation” button. (GWU-2706)
Team
Team Management: Following the completion of a team registration, some teams were not appearing under the “Team Management” section. This has been corrected so that teams that complete registration will appear under the “Team Management” section. (GWU-2724)

Create Message: Bulk email distribution strategy has been updated to improve the speed of sending large emails. The processing integration between PlayerFirst and SendGrid has also been updated to resolve prior timeout issues on large emails. (GWU-2207)
Front End
Teams: On the “Edit Roster” page, a user previously could duplicate a jersey number and save a roster even though an alert pop-up appeared. This has been updated so that after the alert pop-up stating a jersey number has been duplicated appears, the jersey number will reset to the former jersey number before it was edited by the user. For example, if an athlete was jersey #8 and the user changed them to jersey #10, but another athlete already had jersey #10, the alert pop-up would appear and the athlete would be reset to jersey #8. Program
Athlete Check-In: All auto-suggest dropdown menus now have a minimum width of 300pm. The white space for each dropdown item has been removed, allowing text to wraparound onto new lines. (GWU-2707)

Front End
Registration Options: Division options were displaying alerts and information inconsistently. This has been corrected to only display alerts on the left of the Division options. (GWU-2127)
Sales
Lodging: Attempts to copy a booking in TravelFirst were not saving correctly. The copied booking should contain all of the “Additional Attributes” from the original booking. This has been corrected so that a copied booking saves as expected with all of the “Additional Attributes” from the original booking. (GWU-2061)
Schedule
Leagues & Tournaments: When a user copied a Division and renamed it, the old name of the Division and the word “Copy” was displayed to the user. This has been corrected so that only the new name is visible to the user as the Division identifier. (GWU-1563)

Copy Emails: Previously when copying emails, a user needed to click “Next” multiple times to confirm their filters. Now, a user is able to compose an email with all of the previous filters pre-selected. (GWU-1962)

Athlete Profile: When a user attempts to “Upload Image” or “Upload Proof of Age” there is no indicator that the upload attempt was successful. This has been updated so that in both cases a user will see a visual indicator for a successful upload. (GWU-2692)
Roster Management: When adding a new roster for a team from scratch, the user is brought to a page where they are only able to input Player information. This has been updated to include Coach information, as well, so that now Coaches and Team Managers can edit this information without first having to add Player information. (GWU-2661)
General
Cart: Minor grammar updates for $0 fees. (GWU-2688)
Error Page: The text on the message a user sees was updated to read “An Error occurred on your previous request. If you were making an update, you may have to try again. We have recorded the error and will review and correct it as soon as possible.” (GWU-2618)
Program
Registration Details: A “Double Roster Athletes” line has been added above “Roster Submission” on the “Team Check-In” tab. This line reads “Allow Athletes to be double rostered within this event.” The tooltip states “Players in this program will not be flagged as double rostered when this checkbox is turned on.” This is the setting for the Program level and provides athletes an automatic exemption when double rostered. (GWU-2581)
Registration Details: A “Override Double Roster Athletes” drop-down menu has been added in the “Participants” section on the “Divisions” tab. The option to either “Allow” or “Not Allow” an override of the “Program Setting” is available. The tooltip states “Allow Athletes to be double rostered within this division/session. Players will not be flagged as double rostered when this is allowed.” This is the setting for the Division level and provides athletes and automatic exemption when double rostered. (GWU-2581)

Registration: When a user attempted to add a Team Manager, but didn’t select a checkbox for an existing Team Manager, the user would be unable to proceed. When the user clicked “Continue” a warning message would appear stating that “A Team Manager is Required” even though the user was attempting to invite a new team manager, not an existing team manager. This has been corrected so that the user can invite a new Team Manager without having to select from an existing Team Manager and proceed as expected. (GWU-2660)
Rosters & Waivers: Athletes with a valid waiver are incorrectly being emailed when a Coach/Team Manager selects “Email All Players Without a Valid Waiver.” This has been corrected so that only athletes without a valid waiver will receive an email when a Coach/Team Manager makes this selection moving forward. (GWU-2694)
General
Editing Data: Depending upon user permissions, different user roles are able to view and/or edit data fields that are not visible to other user roles. For users without visibility to the hidden fields, attempting to save a form was resulting in an error being thrown. This has been corrected to allow all users to save data forms without an error being thrown, even if their user role does not have permission to view the hidden columns. (GWU-2667)

Registration Details: If Program A was created with program-level custom questions and Program B was also created with program-level custom questions, making Program B an add-on option for Program A resulted in only Program A program-level custom questions being asked and recorded, but not Program B program-level custom questions. This has been corrected so that now both Program A and Program B program-level custom questions are asked and recorded in the scenario where Program B is offered as an add-on option for Program A. (GWU-1752)
Registration Details: When a user clicked “Now” to set the “Start Showing” or “Stop Showing” times for a program in the afternoon, it would incorrectly default to that time in the morning. For example, if the user clicked “Now” at 3pm, the time would incorrectly default to 3am. This has been corrected so that the accurate “Now” time is reflected, regardless of am or pm. (GWU-2232)

Invoices: The prepayment amount is not capped based on the amount owed on an invoice. For example, if $600 is owed for an invoice, a user is incorrectly able to apply a $700 prepayment. This has been corrected so that a user can NOT exceed the amount owed on an invoice when applying a prepayment. (GWU-2642)

Invoices: Multiple payments scheduled for the same day were displayed on different lines. This has been updated so the “Balance Payments” button will now merge multiple payment payments scheduled for the same day into one scheduled payment for that day. Additionally, any installment fees are displayed within the “Installment Fees Included” column. (GWU-2526)
Site Settings
Settings: On the “Orders” tab, a new address labeled “Scheduled Payment Summary Recipient” was added. This address will now be used as the recipient address for the Process Payment Plans Summary report. (GWU-2575)

Profile Tags: The username column was previously static. The column has been updated to make the username clickable. When clicked, a pop out with profile information is now displayed. (GWU-1547)
