Analytics (GWU-3379)
Update: The Email Analytics page includes a table of recipients. These changes update the “First Name” column in the recipient’s table to link to that user’s family account.
Site Settings
Permissions (GWU-3215)
Update: This adds a “Recruiting” setting option and removes the “Acumatica” setting at Site Settings > Site Settings > Permissions. The recruiting setting default is unchecked. When checked, the User > Recruiting tab is available to roles “User Admin” and above.
BUGS
Front End
Profile (GWU-3358)
Previously: The system is missing the necessary validation for when a user is adding or editing an address on their profile. This resulted in users having incorrect addresses on their profiles.
Update: There is proper validation for adding or editing addresses on profiles. If a required field is missing, the address will not save/update. Admins are exempt from this requirement when registering a new athlete from the back end.
Team Management
Team Reporting (GWU-3305)
Previously: The Rosters, Recruiting and Team columns from the Team Reporting page were exporting to Excel incorrectly.
Update: All columns from the Team Reporting page are formatted correctly when exported from Excel.
Team Reporting (GWU-3269)
Previously: When on the page Team > Team Reporting > Recruiting, the “Athlete First” and “Athlete Last” columns are not linked to that athlete’s family account.
Update: The “Athlete First” and “Athlete Last” columns are linked to the athlete’s family account.
Team Page/Schedule
Existing Schedule (GWU-3390)
Previously: When deleting an event from Schedule > Existing Schedule or team’s Team Page, a confirmation modal pops up. The modal gives the user the option to ‘click Cancel’ when there isn’t a Cancel button.
Update: When deleting an event from Schedule > Existing Schedule or team’s Team Page, a confirmation modal appears and will give the option to 'click No' with a No button there to click.

Registration Details (GWU-1969)
Update: This update adds a setting where an access code can be required in order for a user to register for a program. Admin may also create individual divisions within a program that require an access code to register for those divisions.

Previously: When a registration was removed from the waitlist, the user wasn’t able to pay because the ‘Pay’ button wasn’t visible on the Orders and Payments page.
