Note: Gate, Parking, and College Coach Admission purchases all come with a scannable ticket/QR code for entry into an event.

How to Find your Ticket/QR Code on your emailed Receipt

  1. An email will be sent with your invoice and the QR code will be at the bottom of the invoice. 

How to Find your Ticket/QR Code on a PlayerFirst Website

  1. Go to a PlayerFirst Website.

  2. Log into your PlayerFirst account. 

  3. On the sub navigation, click Orders & Payments. 

  4. Find your gate/parking/college coach admission invoice and click the PDF button to download the invoice. 

  5. Open the download and scroll down to the second page to view the QR code.

How to Find your Ticket/QR Code on the PlayerFirst Access App

Note: Download PF Access from the Apple App or Google Play Store.

  1. Open the PF Access app.

  2. Select Sign In.

  3. Sign in with the username and password you used to purchase your gate/parking/college coach admission.

  4. Find and select the event your purchased gate/parking/college coach admission for. 

  5. Select Shop from the bottom navigation bar.

  6. Select View Event Purchases.

  7. Select View Passes.
