How to Contact PlayerFirst Support

NOTE: Use Contact PlayerFirst to report any problems or technical issues you may be experiencing within the PlayerFirst Club app, as well as any suggestions for new features.

  1. Sign-in to the PlayerFirst Club app.

  2. Select the profile you wish to access by pressing the profile tile.

  3. Press the Mobile Hamburger Menu.png in the upper right corner to access the menu.

  4. Press Contact PlayerFirst.

  5. You will be redirected to threestep.atlassian.net to complete your Customer Support form.
