How to Reset Your Password [PF Website]

NOTE: Your PlayerFirst account is the same for all the brands on the PlayerFirst technology platform.

  1. Go to the desired club/event login page.

  2. Enter the email of username associated with your PlayerFirst account.

  3. Click One-Time Code or Use Password.

  4. Click I forgot my password.

  5. Select whether you would like to receive the One-Time Code via email or text.

  6. Enter the code sent to you via email or text.

    • The One-Time Code expires after 10 minutes. If the code expires, or you did not receive the code, click Resend Code.

  7. Click Continue to log in to your account or click Reset Password Now to update your password.

    • If Reset Password Now is selected, enter and confirm your new password and click Reset Password.

NOTE: When a password is changed, all profiles within the account will receive a text and/or email notifying them of the change.
