Roster/Attendance - Scorekeeper Mode

NOTE: This page will be used for roster checks or any potential roster questions from team coaches or club directors. 

How to View a Team Roster 

  1. Open the PF Access app. 

  2. Press I have an event code. 

  3. Enter the 10-digit code provided by an event director. 

    1. Format: XXX-XXX-XXXX 

  4. Press the Game Tile that you will be keeping score for. 

    1. See Schedule Filters to find your game/field quicker. 

  5. Scroll down and press on the Team Tile to view their roster. 

How to Sort a Team Roster 

  1. Open the PF Access app. 

  2. Press I have an event code. 

  3. Enter the 10-digit code provided by an event director. 

    1. Format: XXX-XXX-XXXX 

  4. Press the Game Tile that you will be keeping score for. 

    1. See Schedule Filters to find your game/field quicker. 

  5. Scroll down and press on the Team Tile to view their roster. 

  6. Press on the Sort option that you prefer to view the roster in. 

    1. Photo 

      1. Sort by whether the athlete has a photo, or not. 

    2. Attn (Attendance) 

      1. Sort by the attendance of the athletes. 

    3. Jersey 

      1. Sort by the Jersey numbers of the athletes.  

    4. Name 

      1. Sort by the Name of the athletes. 

  7. Press once again on the current sort option to sort in the opposite order. 

How to Add or Update a Photo for an Athlete

Note: Athlete Photos will not show on the app if the athlete is under the age of 13. However, if a photo is taken the image will populate on the backend.

  1. Open the PF Access app. 

  2. Press I have an event code. 

  3. Enter the 10-digit code provided by an event director. 

    1. Format: XXX-XXX-XXXX 

  4. Press the Game Tile that you will be keeping score for. 

    1. See Schedule Filters to find your game/field quicker. 

  5. Scroll down and press on the Team Tile to view their roster. 

  6. Press on the Camera Button or Existing Photo of the athlete you want to add a photo for. 

  7. Press Add New. 

  8. Press Use Camera. 

  9. Press Take Picture. 

  10. Press either Keep Photo or, No Retake. 

How to Delete a Photo for an Athlete

  1. Open the PF Access app. 

  2. Press I have an event code. 

  3. Enter the 10-digit code provided by an event director. 

    1. Format: XXX-XXX-XXXX 

  4. Press the Game Tile that you will be keeping score for. 

    1. See Schedule Filters to find your game/field quicker. 

  5. Scroll down and press on the Team Tile to view their roster. 

  6. Press on the Camera Button or Existing Photo of the athlete you want to add a photo for. 

  7. Press Delete. 

How to Mark an Athlete Attendance

Note: Attendance is only available to edit for upcoming games.

  1. Open the PF Access app. 

  2. Press I have an event code. 

  3. Enter the 10-digit code provided by an event director. 

    1. Format: XXX-XXX-XXXX 

  4. Press the Game Tile that you will be keeping score for. 

    1. See Schedule Filters to find your game/field quicker. 

  5. Scroll down and press on the Team Tile to view their roster. 

  6. Press on the button under the attendance column to mark the athlete's attendance. 

    1. If Attending, select the green checkmark. 

    2. If Not Attending, select the red X. 

    3. If you are Unsure, select the blue question mark.
