  • Registration Details (GWU-5756)

    • Previously: Program Summary pages were experiencing long load times when admin attempted to open them.

    • Update: Program Summary page load times have been improved.

  • Add-ons (GWU-5722)

    • Previously: When a user registered for a division that is waitlisting, any add-on products purchased would also be waitlisted. However, when any division hit the waitlist and the division and product was waitlisted, all other product purchases afterwards were being added to the waitlist queue, resulting in users are not being charged for the product.

    • Update: When a user registers for a division that is not waitlisting, any add-on products purchased will not be waitlisted.

Sales

  • Shop (GWU-5755)

    • Previously: When using advanced filters on the Shop page, if the For Sale Dates were not included when filtering, it would only show shop products that had a Stop Date within the last 30 days.

    • Update: When using advanced filters on the Shop page, if the For Sale Dates and Associated Program Dates are not included when filtering, then only products that have a Stop Date within the last 30 days will show.

  • Site Settings (GWU-5761)

    • Update: An Enable Creation of Team Chats field was added within the Communications tab of Site Settings.

User

  • Under Armour Opt-Ins (GWU-5759)

    • Update: On the Under Armour Opt-In Report page, the Birthdate column was updated to MM-DD-YYYY format.

  • Registration Details (GWU-5746)

    • Updates:

      • On the Registration Details page, click on the program name will take users to the Program Divisions tab.

      • The Program Summary page and Program Map have been moved to separate pages and included in the breadcrumbs at the top of the page.

        • The Star icon will take users to the Program Summary page.

        • The Map icon will take users to the Program Map page.

      • A Waivers quick link to the Program Dashboard.

Communiction

  • Create Message (GWU-5483)

    • Update: When composing a message, a Send as Another User field was added which allows admin to send messaging on behalf of a different brand user.

  • Messaging History (GWU-5752)

    • Previously: When filtering on the Messaging Totals page, an error page would be received if filtering by a brand that didn’t exist in the selected sport filter.

    • Update: When filtering on the Messaging Totals page, the results will only include the selected brands if filtering by a brand that didn’t exist in the selected sport filter.

Front End

  • Passes (GWU-5742)

    • Updates:

      • When users click View All Passes within an email, they are prompted to sign in and are directed to the All Passes page within the invoice.

      • When a user clicks on a specific pass within an email, they do not have to sign in.

        • If they are not signed in, a user cannot share a pass.

      • A user that receives a shared pass does not have to sign in to access the pass.

      • A user that receives a shared pass can not toggle sharing on/off for the pass.

      • If a user gets a pass link that they cannot access, they will see a message they cannot access it.

      • There is a new All Passes page (/my/passes), and if you are signed in, you will see a list of all your passes for any future or current events.

      • The links to individual passes now all have unique URLs.

    • Updates: The following updates were made to the Sponsors pages…

      • A PF Pay column was added on the main Sponsors page.

      • A PF Pay tab was added when clicking in to edit a Sponsor.

        • Visibility and Ad Image fields were added to the page.

Front End

  • Passes (GWU-5682)

    • Updates:

      • View Invoice QR Codes was reworded to View Invoice Passes.

      • View QR Code was reworded to View Passes.

      • A pass code can be reactivated if it is a Multiple Use Pass (and has uses left) or is a Unlimited Use Pass.

Sales

  • Transaction List (GWU-5576)

    • Update: Added Cash to the Method filter dropdown.
