Customer Workflow

Customers will be able to purchase insurance within PlayerFirst, during the registration process.

  • The USSCI page is seen by the customer after selecting an Athlete profile to register, and selecting any add-ons (if applicable).

Customers also have the ability to add insurance after initially declining during the registration process.

  • On a users Invoices & Payments page, there will be a “+ Insurance” button. This will take them to the invoice, where they can add insurance, or file a claim for a previously purchased insurance.
