Note: the Registration Waiver link can be accessed and sent to athletes/parents from both Team Management and Team Reporting.
TEAM MANAGEMENT
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Team > Team Management.
Select Program.
Select Division(s).
Select Team(s) (if you want to refine the number of results returned).
Find the Athlete(s) and scroll to the right to the Actions column.
Note: multiple athletes can be selected using the checkboxes next to each athlete’s name.
Click the Envelope icon.
Select what message type to to send.
Email waiver link to selected athletes.
Email custom message to all selected athletes.
Click Next until you arrive as the Compose page.
Input Message Details.
Note: If your email filters need to be updated, select one of the filters from the dashboard to return to that page and edit your filter. After editing the filters, click Skip to Compose to return to the compose page without having to confirm every selected email filter.
13. Choose Send Messages or Save for Later.
TEAM REPORTING
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Team > Team Reporting.
Select Program.
Select Division(s) (to leave blank is to see all divisions).
Select Team(s) (if you want to refine the number of results returned).
Click the Filter button.
Click Rosters tab at the top left of the page.
Find the athlete(s) and scroll to the right to the Actions column. (To find specific athlete, you can search the name on the search box above the roster and press enter on your keyboard.)
Note: multiple athletes can be selected using the checkboxes next to each athlete’s name.
Click the Envelope icon.
Note: this will send a registration waiver to all selected athletes, regardless of whether or not they have an active waiver. To check waiver status, view the Waiver column.
