Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Communication > Mass Messaging.
Select Your Brand(s): Leave the default brand selected. This step may not be viewable based on your permissions.
Click Next.
What Type of Message Are You Sending? Select Transactional Email.
Click Next.
What Groups Are Receiving This Message? Select Athletes and Parents. You cannot send an email to an athlete without also sending it to the parent(s). You may also select Coaches, Team Managers, College Coaches or Non-specified contacts.
Click Next.
Narrow Down Your List: Select Teams.
Click Next.
Add Recipients from Program(s): Use the search to find and select the program(s) that the team(s) you want to email belong to.
Click Next.
Add Recipients From Division(s): Select the division(s) that the team(s) you want to email belong to.
Click Next.
Player Status: Leave the default status selected. This step may not be viewable if you’re only emailing a team’s coaches and team managers.
Click Next.
Add Recipients from Team(s): Select the team(s) you want to email.
Click Next.
Remove Recipients from Program(s): Leave the default selected.
Click Next.
Preview your recipients list. Click Back to make changes or click Next to proceed.
Compose your email and click Next. Selecting Next saves your email and mailing list which can be located in Messaging Schedule.
Preview your email. Click to edit your email. Click Save for Later to save your email or schedule it to send at a later date. Click Send Messages to send the email immediately.
