A program can begin waitlisting registrations at a specific date and time and/or after a set number of registrations.
If both are selected, the program will begin waitlisting based on whichever setting is satisfied first.
Waitlist Registrations at a Specific Date and Time
Note: This is a program level setting that waitlists registrations at a specified date and time.
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.
Click the Pencil icon next to your desired program.
Click Registration in the sub navigation.
Waitlist Registration After: Set the date and time for all new registrations will be waitlisted.
Click the Save icon.

This is a program level setting that waitlists registrations after a set number of registrations.
Setting a program level registration limit means that regardless of the number of available divisions, once the program has taken the set number of registrations, all divisions will begin waitlisting.
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.
Click the Pencil icon next to your desired program.
Click Registration in the sub navigation.
Registration Limits: Select Register to limit, then Waitlist.
Set the maximum number of registrations that can occur in this program before automatically waitlisting every registration after that.
When selected, this setting disables registration limits set at the division level.
Available Registrations: Type the number of registrations available before all divisions within the program are marked as Sold Out or begin waitlisting.
Set Available Registrations to 0 to make the program waitlist all future registrations immediately.Available Waitlist: Type the number of waitlist spots available before all divisions within the program are marked as Sold Out.
Set Available Waitlist to 0 to mark the program as Sold Out immediately.Click the Save icon.
