As of 11/30/2023, individual divisions or entire programs can be created to permit adult/guardian profiles to register for that program or division. Adult registration will only work if the program or division is set for registration by an athlete. Divisions that are set up for registration by a team representative will not permit the rostering of adult athletes at this time.
How to Create an Adult Athlete Program
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.
To the right of Search Programs, click the Add Program icon.
Type in the name of your new program.
Click Create New Program.
Click Registration in the sub navigation.
Click the Adult Program checkbox where it says This program is for adult athletes only.
Click Save.
Note: This automatically makes all the divisions for the program adult registrations only.
How to Change a Divisions' Adult Registration Status
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.
Find the program you want to edit and click the Pencil icon on its row in the Action column.
Click Divisions in the sub navigation.
Select the division on the drop down that you wish to change the adult registration status for.
Check or uncheck the checkbox for Adult Registration where it says This division is for adult athletes only.
Click Save.
Note: There can be an adult division(s) in a youth program.
Adult Profile Information
Adult Profiles will be visible and selectable. Adult Profiles will now appear under the “Select Athletes to Register.”
Adult Profiles will only require first name, last name, email address and phone number to register.
There are no automatic age restrictions by enabling an adult program.
These programs are only intended for registration to a program and not rostering.
If any updates happen in the individual registration, it will only happen to the Parent/Guardian users.
