Note: Incomplete registration waivers most often occur when registration is completed by a company employee. Waivers must be completed in order for a customer to complete a registration.

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Program > Incomplete Waiver/Waiver Completion. Waiver Status

  3. Select Waiver State of Incomplete, Complete or All.

  4. To fine tune search, type First Name, Last Name and/or Program.

  5. Select if to Include Team Registrations.

  6. Select Yes, No or Either for Purchased Through PlayerFirst.

  7. Press the Filter button.

  8. Check for waiver completion.

    1. Green check mark indicates a completed and valid waiver.

    2. Red x indicates an incomplete waiver.

  9. If incomplete waivers found, send a reminder email with a link to complete their waiver by selecting the checkbox next to the user(s) you want to send the reminder to.

  10. Click (blue star) > Remind Selected.
