UPDATES

  • Program

    • Registration Details: Overview: Currently, the Divisions Status tab(Program>Registration Details>[Program]>[Division]>Details) will only display up to 100 records. Any records beyond that are hidden from the user as, currently, there is no pagination available. This has now been increased to display up to 250 records. (GWU-3020)

  • Team

    • Team Management: Added the ability to email multiple teams from the team management page. (GWU-2760)

  • Travel First

    • Lodging: Advanced Filters of Brands, Hotels, Associated Programs, Start Date, and End Date have all been added to allow an easier search-ability. (GWU-2303)

BUGS

  • Communication

    • Create Message: Previously, when creating a new message and adding “Hotels” to the lodging filter, it does not display the hotel name in the Lodging Hotels tile but instead displays unintelligible text. Currently, the issue with ID numbers for hotels is fixed & will display the hotel name correctly. (GWU-2910)

    • Create Message: Not all profiles in a profile tag were being pulled into the email list due to logic changes from GWU-2941. This has been fixed to pull in the the correct profiles from a profile tag into the email list, as well as improve the logic when profiles that do not have an association to the brand that the email is being sent from. (GWU-2977)

  • Front-End

    • Roster Management: Previously, when changing Head Coach information for a previously submitted roster, a Coach would need to re-submit the entire Roster. Now, when replacing the Head Coach, the user will receive a prompt to enter/select a new Head Coach before they can delete the current Head Coach. The new Head Coach can now be saved without re-submitting the Roster (GWU-2935)

    • Payment Plans: When a team with no payment plan is checking out, payment plans from other teams within their division would appear and would have the option to select their payment plan. This has been updated to only show payment plans assigned to the team. (GWU-3065)

    • Orders & Payments: Invoices on users Orders & Payments page that were tied to tryouts, would identify what team they were placed on under the Item Invoice title. This has been updated to no longer identify their team placement & show the program name, division name. (GWU-3062)

  • Program

    • Registration Details: When utilizing the Advanced Filters, Program Name & By Date Range would not return any results, unless an activity type was selected. This has been updated to now return results when filtering with any of these filter options. (GWU-3037)

  • Team

    • Team Reporting: Previously, the “Double Rostered” column appeared in the table on the Team > Team Reporting > Rosters page twice. These changes correct that. The column now appears only once. (GWU-2908)

UPDATES

  • Program

    • Program Details: This update adds the following settings to the Registration Details > Edit Program Details > Reporting page: Insurance Exposure, Insurance Duration, and Display Insurance Days Per Participant. Currently this information will not display anywhere on PF. (GWU-3003)

  • Sales

    • Fees: Allow users with the “Admin” role (or above) to set an invoice to waive payment-related fees (ie: transaction, handling, but NOT Installment Fees). This adds an on/off toggle that is persistent across user roles (e.g admin or end user). The status should be displayed somewhere but not editable for other users below Admin, so they know why the fees are different/missing. (GWU-2741)

  • Team

    • Team Reporting/Recruiting Tab: Added a “Committed School” column to the Recruiting Tab in Team Reporting. (GWU-3021)

  • User

    • Athlete Profile: Previously, the school field was manually entered; now it will provide type-ahead dynamic search. (GWU-2378)
