  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
  2. On the left navigation, click Orders > Shop Items & Discountsclick Sales > Lodging.
  3. Click Image Removed to Plus Icon to create a new item. In the future, you will select existing items from this page.
  4. Input the required information.
  5. Category: Select Lodging.
  6. After creating the item, scroll down to the Additional Attributes section and select the lodging type.
  7. You will see a number of new options show up. It is recommended that you complete all of them as leaving fields blank may result in unwanted behaviors later. Required fields should be highlighted, you must complete these fields.
  8. Within the Inventory section of Lodging select the Add Inventory button and fill in at least the Date and Inventory fields. The Access Code and Notes fields are optional. The Notes field is only visible to administrators.
