Designate a staff member to make on-site roster additions.
An athlete’s legal guardian and coach are required to come to the HQ tent prior to their first game to register on-site.
How to Add an Athlete to a Roster
The designated staff member will find the team to add the player onto via Team Management, and search for the athlete using the “+” function.
Athletes with an existing profile will be added to the team roster after being selected in the search.
If an athlete does NOT have a profile you may add them in the following ways,
1. On the program & divisions “Team Management” page, select “+”, and “New Player”. Here you will fill out basic information for the athlete and the parent, and this will create a profile.

How to Ensure an Athlete has a Valid Waiver
To verify whether an athlete has a valid waiver, you will need to head over to “Team Reporting” and select your program. Select “Teams” and use the search bar to quickly find the athlete and view their waiver status. (Note; Waivers are valid for 365 days and they may have a waiver from a previous event within that frame of time)
If the player has a waiver, then they are able to participate.
If they do NOT have a waiver, then the legal guardian will need to complete a waiver for their athlete. This can be done in the
The completed waiver confirmation page must be shown to the designated staff member who will confirm the waiver is reflected in Team Management on PlayerFirstfollowing ways,
1. The player waiver can be accessed through the teams “Roster” page in “Team Reporting”. Find the athlete listed and simply click “Sign Now” and allow the legal guardian to fill the waiver out on your device.
2. Direct the parent to the “Waivers” page on your brands website and they will be able to find their athlete by searching by their first and last name. They will need to confirm their email address and an email with the waiver will be sent to that email address. (Note; If they do not receive an email, they will need to check their spam folder)
Once the waiver is completed, the legal guardian will come to a waiver confirmation page. Ensure that their waiver reflects in the system by refreshing your “Team Reporting” page.
The athlete will now officially be rostered and waivered, permitting them to participate.
