How to Get a Program-Specific Quick Waiver Link

1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

2. On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.

3. Find the program you want to edit and click the Pencil icon on its rowClick the Pencil icon next to your desired program.

4. Select the Public Pages subnav sub-navigation tabPress the Plus Button .

5. Click View/Edit Content to open the public registration page.

6. Edit the current Detail page or use the Plus Sign to add a new page.

7. Title: Quick Waiver.

8. Order: Select order of how it should appear on the page.

9. Check DisplayDisplay: Check Page Visible so the page will appear.

10. Send Link to URL: Select Quick Waiver.

11. Click Save.

    • Note: You will need to click to another page to allow the newly edited page to load a program-specific page and QR is created.

12. Click the newly created waiver page and copy the link to share.

How to Get a Program-Specific Quick Waiver QR Code

1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

2. Click PlayerFirst in the top right corner.

3. Click Home PageSelect My Profile.

4. Select Quick Waiver on the top.

5. Scroll down the waiver to Program and select the program for this Quick Waiver. The page will refresh and take you to the top where the QR code isthe program name

   • Note: If the program is not available in the dropdown, type the name to fill.

6. Once page has refresh, the QR code will be specific to that program and autofill when scanned.

7. Click the QR Code to copy and use/share. share.
