• A waitlist for a program can be setup by date and time and/or it can be by number of participants.

• If both are selected, the waitlist will start on whichever comes first.

Waitlist by Date & Time

Note: This is a program level setting that outlines how to waitlist registrations after a specified date and time.

1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

2. On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.

3. Click the Pencil icon next to your desired program.

4. Click Registration in the sub navigation.

5. Waitlist Registration After: (The date and time after which all program registrations will be added to the waitlist.). Set the date and time for when all new registrations will be waitlisted.

6. Click the Save icon.

Note:

• This program level setting allows users to waitlist and stop registration based on the number of registrants.

• When the program level is set to NOT Unlimited, the setting is not available at the division level. All divisions will inherit the program level setting.
