Athlete Profile: The tooltips for “Guidelines” and “Why We Need It” were changed from black text to blue text to more clearly denote the section is clickable. (GWU-2215)
Program
Inter-Brand Invoices: Admin could create inter-brand invoices and select the same brand as both the buyer and seller. This has been updated so when an Admin creates an inter-brand invoice on either the “Bulk Registration” or “Admin Program Registration” pages, selecting the same brand as both the buyer and seller will display a warning that reads “Did you mean to select [purchasing brand] as the buyer?” (GWU-2372)
Registration Details: A user could previously create a maximum of 10 divisions for a program. This has been updated to a maximum of 99 division for a program. (GWU-2657)
Sales
Invoices: The username of the user who removes a team/athlete from a program will now be automatically recorded in the “Change History” section. (GWU-2513)
Invoices: When a user initiates a refund a pop-up will now appear reminding them to make adjustments to the invoice before exiting the page. The pop-up reads “Warning. There is [$AMOUNTDUE] left on the invoice. Ensure all necessary adjustments are made before exiting the invoice.” (GWU-2589)

Sales
Multiple Pages: When a user checked the “Select All” box and clicked “Filter” the pre-filled Brand name was remaining in the search box. This has been corrected so the pre-filled Brand name is removed from the search box, making it clearer to the user that all Brands have been chosen via “Select All.” This functionality applies to multiple pages within the Sales section, including Transaction Summary, Invoices, Account Credits, Transaction List, A/R Report, A/R Aging Summary and Payment Plan Status.
