No one under 18 years old should complete a BGC - only trainings are required.
Compliance is triggered when a payee is added to a work roster in a role that requires it. If payee does not already have an account with Players Health, they will receive an invitation email from sender MemberBenefits@playershealth.com to sign up for one. Screenshot of the email they receive is below:
APPROVED NATIONAL GOVERNING BODIES
3STEP will allow substitutions for Players Health Background Checks for coaches who have valid memberships and cleared background checks from the following governing body groups. 3STEP will also allow substitutions for Players Health Abuse Prevention Training as noted below. All payees must complete Concussion Training with Players Health.
