On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.
Choose Billing Profile: Type the user's name.
If the user is not available. Type their name, press ENTER. An Invite New User modal will pop up.
Enter the following information:
First Name
Last Name
Email
Phone
Click Register User
Note: This is for one customer for as many events as you want/signed up for.
Inter-Brand: Check the box if the brand is another 3STEP brand.
Enter the following information:
Purchasing Brand:
Purchasing Sub-Brand:
Purchasing Short Name:
Number of Teams: Enter the number of teams you will be registering.
Click Next.
Bulk Register Teams: Enter the team(s) details into the table.
Note: To fill out multiple teams with the same information, click the boxes next to all that have the same information and then select the multi-edit button on the top right.
If there is another team to add, press the Plus icon to add a new team.
Click Next
Bulk/Mass Register Teams: Fill in the required information.
If applicable, fill out Adjusted Amount, Adjustment Type, and Adjustment Sub-Type.
Note: Required information is due to required waiver questions for the program.
Click Next.
Payment Plans: Select a payment plan that is associated with the program. If there is no payment plan created, Click Next.
Registration Summary: Review the following information.
Programs
Divisions
Team
Due at Checkout
Due Later
Payment Plan
Adjustment
Click Finish.
Once completed, the following actions will populate.
