Note: Bulk Edit allows for the editing of multiple events in similar and dissimilar ways, meaning you can change all of the end times for multiple events on this page (with the end time change being the same or different for every event, e.g., 8pm for all events or 8pm for an event and 7pm for another), but you may also change the end time for one event, the start time for another event, the time zone for another event, etc. Make as many changes to as many fields as you want and then save them.

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Schedule > Bulk Edit.

  3. Find the events you want to edit: Use the filters/search box to find the list of events you want to edit.

  4. Once you have found the list of events you want to edit, make the changes needed under each column.

  5. Making changes: Make whatever changes you need to make.

    1. Changed: Check the checkbox to assign an icon notifying athletes and parents that this event has been changed.

    2. Canceled: Check the checkbox to assign an icon notifying athletes and parents that this event has been canceled.

    3. Edit the other fields to reflect the change(s) you want to make for the event. The below are the most likely to be changed.

    4. Start: Change the event’s start date and time.

    5. End: Change the event’s end time.

    6. Time Zone: Use the dropdown to select a different time zone.

    7. Location: Delete the current location. Then type the name and select the new location in the search box.

    8. Field: If you change the location, use the search box to select the new field.

    9. Public After: Change the date and/or time the event will be displayed to the public.

    10. Field Billable: Check the checkbox to indicate the field will be billed for use.

  6. Notifications: Use this section to send a notification about this event to your team(s).

    1. Sender Profile: Use the dropdown to select your username. The notification email will read as being sent by you.

    2. Notify Players: Check the check box to send the notification email to your team’s athletes and parents.

    3. Notify Parents: Check the check box to send the notification email to your team’s parents only.

  7. Click the (blue star) to save changes.
