UPDATES

  • General

    • Exporting: The “Export to Excel” option was added across several sections, including Schedule > Leagues & Tournament, Location > Field Timeline, Communication > Messaging History and User > Surveys. (GWU-2260)

  • Sales

    • Invoices: If a single invoice has two insufficient funds (NSF) instances, the payment method will be unscheduled for any future payments on that invoice. (GWU-2587)

  • Team

    • Team Reporting: Rostered Athlete names are now clickable on the “Rosters” page and will pop out the profile/account box, similar to other pages where the name is clickable. (GWU-2330)

    • Team Reporting: The “Double Rostered” column has been changed from an alphanumeric response to a “Yes or No” response. (GWU-2329)

  • User

    • Profile Tags: The username column was previously static. The column has been updated to make the username clickable. When clicked, a pop out with profile information is now displayed. (GWU-1547)

BUGS

  • Communication

    • Create Message: When changing the “Sender Profile” from “System Message” to the name of the user, messages that were sending to “Additional Emails” were incorrectly ignoring the “Sender Profile” selection. This has been corrected so that messages being sent to “Additional Emails” will now observe the “Sender Profile” selection. (GWU-2092)

    • Create Message: When messaging users across multiple brands, the “Program Selection” filter does not work properly when selecting 20+ brands. This has been corrected so that the “Program Selection” filter now works properly when a user selects 20+ brands. (GWU-2639)

  • Program

    • Bulk Registration: When answering the required questions and clicking “Next” an error page was incorrectly appearing. This has been corrected so that a user can proceed through the required questions and click “Next” without being sent to an error page. (GWU-2664)

    • Registration Details: Non-Root Admin users were incorrectly able to move registrations across brands. This has been corrected to only allow Root Admin users to move registrations across brands. Non-Root Admin users will be limited to moving within the brand that they are currently on. (GWU-2601)

    • Registration Details: When attempting to add a Division an error page was being thrown. This has been corrected so that an operator can add a Division when creating a Program. (GWU-2616)

    • Registration Details: When setting the “Removed” filter to “No” records that were removed are still incorrectly being displayed. This has been corrected so that when setting the “Removed” filter to “No” only records that have NOT been removed will be displayed. (GWU-2624)
