How to Connect the Device to your iPad

1. Press the button in the top right corner.

2. Under Device Settings, press Settings.

3. Follow the settings displayed on the Device Settings page.

   • Turn on the device, blue and red LED colors should be visible next to the power button

   • Initialize the SDK.

   • Confirm all alerts (3 if connecting for the first time).

   • Please allow for up to ~20mins for the device to properly connect.

     1. Time varies depending on internet connection, and if Firmware is being updated.

   • Device will be useable once the SDK Status and Device Settings are green.

If pairing a device for the first time, you will see 3 alerts during the pairing process.

Please allow up to 20 minutes for the device to properly connect. It may only take a few minutes, but during this process the device may also need to update Firmware.
