  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.

  3. Select Program.

  4. Select Division.

  5. Click the Details tab.

  6. Click the Edit icon.

  7. Edit Custom Question Answers accordingly.

  8. Click Save Changes.
