• Moving athletes or teams via Registration Details will update the invoice.

  • If a new program/division costs more or less, an additional charge or refund may be required.

• Moving athletes or teams via Team Management will NOT update the invoice.

  • If a new program/division costs more or less, an additional charge or refund would not be noted on the invoice.

• Moving teams between divisions via Leagues & Tournaments will NOT update the invoice

  • This should only be done if it becomes necessary during the scheduling process and the invoice is not being changed.

• Athletes can only be moved between teams within a program.
