How to Add Registration and Financial Targets

1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

2. On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.

3. Select the program you want to edit.

4. Click the Pencil icon next to your desired program.

5. Click the Reporting tab.

6. Under the Program Targets, enter the Registration Target (ex: 100).

7. Based on the Registration Target number, the Financial Target will auto-calculate.

8. If a Registration Target number is entered at the Division Targets level, it will override the Program Targets information and recalculate the Financial Target.

   1. Note: Do not enter a number in Division Targets unless numbers are available for all divisions (ex: Boys 2031, Boys 2030, Boys 2020, etc.).

   2. Note: Entering Division Targets level information is not required.

   3. Note: To revert to Program Targets level, clear all information manually entered into the Division Targets level and re-enter a number in the Program Targets > Registration Target. This will again auto-calculate the Program Targets level Financial Target.

   4. Note: If a Division has tryouts - with teams having different costs - an average cost of those teams is used to calculate the Division Financial Target.

   5. Note: Tryouts should not be included in Financial Targets or % changes for negative adjustments.

9. Click Save Program.

Note: you can manually override Financial Targets at either the Program or Division level, with the same logic applying where Division entries will override Program entries.
